The Mountaineering and Ecology Club EDELVAJS from Strumica was formed in 1995 and it is a member of the Federation of Mountain Sports of Macedonia. The club has around 50 members from which 40 are active.

The Glider Club `Snegar` is separated from the Department of Water Sports and Recreation in 1972 and since then had achieved superb sport results and had given many members to the national sport representation for the Europe competitions.
